All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, if an item is out of stock). Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at the time of order.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and handed to Australia Post within 2 business days of purchase.

Domestic delivery (from dispatch):

• South Australia: 2–4 business days
• VIC, NSW, QLD, WA, TAS: 3–6 business days

We also ship internationally. Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination — please refer to the Australia Post website for further details.

Luna Faye® is not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit by Australia Post — please contact Australia Post directly regarding any delivery issues.

We are not liable for any customs duties or import taxes charged on international orders. If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we will refund your order to your original payment method, excluding the original shipping cost.
