Shipping policy

We process and hand your order to Australia Post within 2 business days of purchase. From there, delivery typically takes:

• SA: 2–4 business days
• VIC, NSW, QLD, WA, TAS: 3–6 business days

Orders placed on a Friday are packed over the weekend and handed to Australia Post the following business day.

For international orders, delivery timeframes vary by destination — please refer to the Australia Post website for further details.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Availability depends on Australia Post, so please enter your address at checkout to confirm whether we're able to ship to you.

Please note we're not liable for any customs duties or import taxes charged on international orders. If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we'll refund your order to your original payment method, excluding the original shipping cost.
